This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, improving our service and developing new services.
You represent and warrant that:
1. You own the intellectual property rights to the images or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and share them.
2. The use of your images does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party.
3. Your images do not contain any viruses or other harmful components.
Ownership
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the property of Watermarkio or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Watermarkio Warranty
Watermarkio warrants that the services provide the functionalities for a limited period following the receipt of the services.
Watermarkio does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Watermarkio does not warrant that the service or the server that makes the service available is free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
Watermarkio shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liability resulting from the use of our service.

Refund Policy
Watermarkio clients have the right to request a 100% refund on services purchased at https://watermarkio.com.
All refund requests submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase are granted, regardless of the request’s reason. Purchased Watermarkio services become unavailable immediately after a refund request is submitted. Before submitting a refund request, clients should remove all Watermarkio watermarked photos, including material published on the Internet or sent to clients.
Clients may also request a partial refund for additional services. In such a case, each request is considered individually between the client and the customer service and will only be granted by mutual consent.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund for purchased services at https://watermarkio.com, the client needs to:
• Delete all processed photos, including those uploaded to the Internet or sent to clients.
• Contact customer support service by sending an email to [email protected].
Watermarkio’s support team handles all customer requests promptly. All customer refund requests submitted within 30 days after purchase are processed within 24 hours, while customer refund requests submitted within 30 days after purchase may take more time.
How soon can I expect a refund?
Customers will receive their refund within:
• 24 hours if paid via PayPal,
• From 1 to 10 business days if paid by credit card. The time frame depends on the client’s country and bank rules.
• From 2 to 4 business days if paid by Bank Wire Transfer.
